As I faced the daunting task of relocating from CA to NYC, I was certain that the most disconcerting facet of my relocation would be the search for suitable housing, and worst yet, navigating through the notoriously disreputable landscape of rental brokers, a concept that appears to be unique to the NYC marketplace. Thankfully, I found Lindsey Rosen, and all my worries quickly subsided. First of all, from the very first correspondence to the last, she was extremely responsive. She's masterful at managing her time, so her responsiveness, detail-oriented disposition, and client-centric focus.

My husband and I connected with Lindsey because we are moving from Phoenix at the end of the month for his job and were under some serious pressure to find an apartment in such a short amount of time, especially one that allowed our rather large dog. She even arranged for a photographer to come to take professional photos of my place to generate online interest.
